We are looking for a Generative AI & Copilot Specialist .

Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector.

AI EXPERT is responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and governance of Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The role works closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver AI-powered solutions, and ensure measurable business value while maintaining compliance, security, and ethical standards.

MISSION

- Define and maintain the corporate AI roadmap.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security requirements, and the European AI Act.
- Promote AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Lead the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing or new business applications and platforms.
- Validate KPIs and measure business impact and return on investment.
- Develop AI agent (creation, modification, utilization)
- Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and technology partners

HARD SKILLS
- Generative AI, Large Language Models and machine learning management
- AI Agent: Design Creation & Orchestration
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Proficiency in creating detailed project plans, timelines
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact,



and developing mitigation strategies based on the task already defined (cost, timing and resources)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

AI "tool": copilot 365 pro , studio, azure (all packages) power automate, power app

Prompt Engineering advanced management

Large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, llama)

Retrieval Augmented Generation ( RAG ): knowledge base design, Data modelling management, SQL advanced

SOFT SKILLS

Problem solving and Time management

Decision Making and Critical thinking

English Language

Others Methodologies: PRINCE, Agile, waterfall, six sigma

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Experience in ERP system (SAP4HANA, MILES, SALESFORCE, QLIK, SNOWFLAKE)

Infrastructure and software management (DB, Application Server, Cloud, web services...)

Security End End of Users management (roles&profile;)

AI Act and GDPR compliance models knowledge

Python for AI and data analytics

This position is based in Rome.

The compensation package includes a gross annual salary between € 45.000 and € 50.000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
