For The Glamore Milano Duomo , we are looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team and contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
The Role
As a Front Office Agent , you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional and memorable experience for our guests from arrival to departure.
Working closely with the Front of House team, you will ensure the highest standards of service in every interaction, providing attentive and personalised assistance throughout each guest’s stay.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, professional and efficient check-in and check-out experience;
- Welcome guests and assist them throughout their stay;
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests;
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, its services and the local area;
- Support the Front of House team in delivering an excellent arrival and departure experience;
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service;
- Contribute to maintaining the high service standards expected from a luxury hospitality environment.
Requirements The ideal candidate has a higher education qualification, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration , and has gained at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Agent within five-star hotels or comparable luxury hospitality environments .
What You Bring
- Very good command of English and Italian , both spoken and written;
- Good general knowledge of hotel operations and departments;
- A warm, genuine and approachable personality;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience;
- Genuine attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS will be considered a plus;
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Italy.
What We Offer
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €22,500 – €25,000 , depending on experience and professional background;
- Fixed-term or open-ended employment contract , depending on the candidate’s level of experience;
