Non-Management Pay Range EUR 22.700,00 Annual Salary Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B; Support expert/Commis de rang. Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B; service in any of our four outlets. This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B; department.

As one of our F&B; Support Experts, you'll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You'll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you'll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well‐fed, happy and wanting to come back for more.

What You'll Do Serve food and beverage items to guests. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Prepare and restock outlet inventory. Clean tables, complete closing duties and re‐stock tableware and other supplies. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
What you'll need Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. Positive outlook and dependability. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
