As the principal contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and email channels.
Customer Support: Address incoming inquiries in fluent Italian via telephone, email, and live messaging with a polite, professional, and helpful tone. Identify customer issues, pinpoint the root causes of difficulties, and provide prompt, customized solutions. Record all case details, account updates, and troubleshooting steps accurately within our central CRM database.
Continuous Learning: Attend regular development programs to stay up to date on platform updates, company guidelines, and operational best practices.
Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian, paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.
Flexibility: Full adaptability to work rotating shift rosters operating across a 24/7 schedule.
