Role Description The Executive Assistant Intern role supports senior leaders in managing daily administrative and operational activities.
Responsibilities include organizing calendars and schedules, coordinating virtual meetings, preparing presentations and documents, and managing correspondence across email and messaging platforms. The intern will assist with expense reporting, travel planning, and basic project coordination to ensure efficient executive workflows. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating internal databases, and supporting special initiatives related to investments, advisory projects,
and internal operations.
This position offers exposure to private equity, venture capital, and entrepreneurial ecosystems while providing hands-on experience in executive support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, coordination, and document management.
- Candidates should possess Executive Support and Expense Reports skills, with the ability to manage travel, track expenses, and prepare executive-facing materials.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, private equity, or venture capital; prior coursework or internship experience in business or related fields is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
