Overview In this role you drive new SaaS license revenue by planning accounts and territories, researching prospects, and applying business development strategies. You will build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and orchestrate a cross-functional account strategy to help clients shape their IT roadmap with ServiceNow. You act as a trusted advisor, identifying the right specialists to bring into deals and enabling cross-team collaboration.

- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy across a virtual team

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers to align ServiceNow with their IT roadmap
- Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time

Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years of software or solutions sales experience
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Ability to understand the broader IT strategy and roadmap
- Experience promoting a customer-success orientation in a team-based environment
- Experience integrating or leveraging AI in business processes or workflows
- Strong relationship-building with C-suite
