Role Description:
DG Beauty is looking for a Global Margin Analyst to join the Global Finance team and support profitability analysis, financial planning, and business performance management across regions, channels, brands, and product categories. The Analyst will report to Global Margin Controlling Manager.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a global luxury beauty business, working closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to drive performance insights and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
- Analyze Net Revenue, Gross Margin, COGS, and profitability drivers across markets and channels.
- Monitor business performance versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Support margin and profitability reviews by region, channel, brand, and product category.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends,
providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy across financial systems.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and business stakeholders to improve decision-making.
- Participate in finance transformation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;, Audit, Financial Analysis, or related Finance roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar reporting tools is considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Compensation:
The compensation will be defined within a range between €28K and €35K, based on experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria aligned with the organization, such as:
(i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors;
(ii) technical and specialized skills relevant to the role;
(iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility;
(iv) job classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement;
(v) alignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
