Packly is a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a point of reference for our customers, guiding them through the purchasing process of our products and providing them with the necessary support.

A key part of your role is ensuring that customers are perfectly satisfied and aware of all our products.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team and you will have the chance to work in a challenging atmosphere connecting with our Italian and international customers.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

- Mother tongue knowledge of Italian;
- Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, German and English;
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as CRM software;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
- Customer-centric mentality and ability to collect customer feedback and needs;
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach,



with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;

Department: Customer Support

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (6–12 months), followed by a permanent contract

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Gross Annual Salary: €20,000 – €23,000
