What it is
TruTalk is a conversation ritual platform designed to help people move beyond small talk into deeper, more intentional conversations through real-world interaction.
Where we are The product is already live, with:
- a production-ready WebApp
- payments + analytics infrastructure
- early behavioral insights
- a neuroscience/behavioral research collaborator
Now we need someone to help shape how the brand lives online.
Who we need
We’re looking for a Milan-based creative/content partner to lead TruTalk’s content direction and social growth. (You have creative direction to head the strategy yourself but here's what I have in mind right now)
Someone who understands:
- hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
- TikTok/Reels deeply
- how to turn emotion into engagement
- how to test formats quickly and strategically
- drive subscriptions,
ideate on adjacent offerings The content direction
TikTok-first:
- question-led content
- community-driven replies
- rapid format testing
- emotional hooks before product explanation
This role is for someone who:
- creates and iterates fast
- wants ownership, not just execution
- is excited to help build something from zero
Compensation
This is currently an equity/profit-share based role, not salaried. As TruTalk grows, the people helping build it grow with it.
We’re not looking for an agency mindset.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the identity of the company itself.
