Commissioning Project Lead – Milan
Ready to lead mission-critical data centre projects across Europe?
We’re looking for a driven Commissioning Project Lead to take ownership of complex data centre commissioning projects across Europe — bringing critical systems, project teams, and delivery milestones together safely, efficiently, and at pace.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments and knows how to keep projects moving from design through to final handover.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading commissioning activity across design, construction, acceptance, and handover phases.
- Coordinating Project Managers, Supervisors, specialist subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
- Driving commissioning workshops, test scripts, witness testing, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Keeping delivery sharp, compliant, organised, and action-focused.
- What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading commissioning within data centres, mission-critical environments, or complex MEP projects.
- Strong technical grounding across electrical, mechanical, building services, or critical systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as trade apprenticeship, HNC, BEng or equivalent experience.
- CSCS / Safe Pass / ECS / SMSTS certification.
- Prince 2 or equivalent project delivery qualification would be a premio.
