This is a rare founding opportunity. The selected individual will enter Institute Itech as a formal Co-Founder and Board Member, shaping the strategic direction, governance structure, and long-term development of the organization from within.

Institute Itech is entering a pivotal phase of international expansion, with active operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. At this stage, the Institute is selectively opening its founding structure to a single aligned individual who shares its vision and is ready to co-own and co-build one of Italy's most ambitious deep-tech research institutions.

About the Opportunity:

Institute Itech is extending an exclusive invitation to a Co-Founder & Board Member — a senior individual of proven professional standing, entrepreneurial conviction, and strategic vision who wishes to enter the organization at its founding level and contribute to its growth from a position of genuine co-ownership and institutional authority.

This is not an advisory role, nor a passive equity position. The Co-Founder will hold a formal stake in Institute Itech, a seat on its Board of Directors, and an active voice in the most significant decisions shaping the organization's future — from international expansion and capital strategy to project development and institutional partnerships.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneur, senior executive, or experienced professional who has built or scaled organizations before,



understands the value of early-stage co-ownership in a high-potential deep-tech institution, and brings a network, a track record, and a personal commitment to the table alongside their conviction in Institute Itech's mission.

Areas of Contribution:

Co-Ownership & Founding Equity

- Enter Institute Itech as a formal Co-Founder, acquiring an equity stake through a privately negotiated co-founding agreement
- Participate in the long-term value creation of Institute Itech's proprietary project portfolio
- Share in the institutional and commercial upside of six flagship deep-tech projects with significant global impact potential
- Contribute to the financial strategy and organizational solidity of the Institute as a recognized founding partner

Board Participation & Strategic Governance

- Hold a formal seat on Institute Itech's Board of Directors as Co-Founder
- Participate in strategic planning, financial oversight, and key institutional decisions
- Contribute founding-level guidance on organizational development, international positioning, and long-term vision
- Exercise co-ownership rights within Institute Itech's governance and leadership structure

Strategic Network & Institutional Development

- Leverage personal and professional networks to advance Institute Itech's positioning across investment, industrial, and institutional ecosystems
- Open strategic doors for the organization at the highest levels of business, finance, and innovation
- Represent Institute Itech as Co-Founder at high-profile events, forums, and partnership engagements
- Contribute to the long-term reputational and institutional growth of the organization nationally and internationally

Project Portfolio Co-Leadership

- Participate in the strategic co-leadership of Memoria™, Oxyleaf™, Terra™, Polaris™, Balloon™, and Biocity™
- Contribute to commercialization, licensing, and international partnership decisions at founding level
- Support the identification and development of new opportunities aligned with Institute Itech's innovation roadmap
- Shape the Institute's long-term project pipeline and research priorities alongside the founding team

Profile We Are Looking For

- Senior professional, entrepreneur, or institutional figure with a distinguished and verifiable track record in building, scaling, or leading organizations




- Genuine entrepreneurial conviction and long-term commitment to co-owning and co-building Institute Itech
- Strong alignment with the Institute's mission across environmental innovation, AI, urban development, and applied technology
- Established network within Italian, European, or international business, investment, or institutional ecosystems
- Readiness to take an active, visible role as Co-Founder and Board Member
- Fluent Italian and/or English
- Absolute discretion, integrity, and institutional credibility

Preferred Background

- Prior experience as founder, co-founder, or early-stage executive in a technology, research, or innovation-driven organization
- Familiarity with equity structures, co-founding agreements, and private company governance
- Background in technology, finance, industry, real estate, or any sector involving organizational leadership and value creation
- Experience as board member, investor, or senior advisor in private companies
- Interest in deep-tech, sustainability, AI, or international expansion contexts
- Multilingual profile considered a significant asset

Entry Terms This is a co-founding appointment. All terms are discussed privately and directly with Institute Itech's founding leadership.
