CNC Miller (5-Axis) | Italy

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join a leading motorsport manufacturer in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to progress their career by developing CAD/CAM programming expertise while working on cutting-edge motorsport prototype projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and optimise 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Manufacture high-precision prototype components to engineering specifications.
- Work with Siemens-controlled machining centres.
- Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are maintained.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on prototype development projects.
- Learn and develop CAD/CAM programming skills through hands-on training.

Required Qualifications





- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Proven experience operating 5-axis CNC machines.
- Experience using Siemens controls.
- Fluent Italian speaker.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience machining composite prototype components.
- Background in motorsport, aerospace, or prototype manufacturing environments.
- Interest in progressing into CAD/CAM programming.
