Overview In this Commercial Executive role, you drive SMB growth by translating client objectives into NIQ solutions. You'll focus on new logo acquisition and managing a portfolio through renewals and upsells, shaping clients' insight capabilities. You'll work within a fast-paced team to maintain high standards and push for results, contributing to NIQ's SMB growth strategy.

Responsabilità
- Achieve revenue and profit targets
- Acquire new SMB FMCG clients (new logos)
- Manage a client portfolio with renewals and upsells, plus product demonstrations
- Foster a high-performance culture and drive results
- Standardize best-practice procedures and client-facing materials
- Engage in incentives/campaigns to boost SMB visibility and healthy competition
- Participate in sales training and share learnings with the team
- Provide input to actionable changes from the engage survey
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in direct sales, sales development, or SMB sales up to 50m turnover
- Strong client-facing, communication, and presenting skills
- Hunting and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- High-energy self-starter and self-driven
- Experience in FMCG sector or with NIQ/competitor products and data
- Understanding of data, insight, and category marketing (agency or client background)
- Understanding client needs in FMCG manufacturers and retailers
