ARILVO is an engineering studio based in Italy, specializing in high-density MEP design and advanced multidisciplinary BIM coordination for European projects. As our project portfolio expands, we are growing our technical network and looking for versatile BIM Professionals to collaborate with us. We do not expect you to be a master of everything.

Whether your superpower is 3D modeling, interdisciplinary coordination, or technical documentation, we are looking for specialists who excel in their specific area of the BIM process and want to work on complex international projects.

Responsabilità principali (Key Responsibilities): Depending on your specific expertise, your role within our network will involve one or more of the following:

- Discipline Modeling: Develop and update accurate BIM models (MEP, Architectural, or Structural) based on technical specifications using Autodesk Revit.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Manage federated models and verify technical coherence across different project disciplines.
- Clash Detection & Resolution: Execute Clash Detection using Autodesk Navisworks and propose technical solutions for interferences.
- Information Management: Ensure the correct input of parameters, data, and technical specifications into the BIM models.
- Deliverables: Extract traceable construction documentation, 2D drawings, and schedules directly from the coordinated models.

Requisiti (Requirements):

- Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related AEC field.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a BIM environment (modeling, coordination, or management).




- Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (in your respective discipline) and/or Autodesk Navisworks.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Mindset: Precision, autonomy, and a problem-solving approach.

Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali (Premio & Languages):

- English: Required (Practical communication for technical coordination is essential; perfect grammar is not a barrier).
- Italian: Nice to have, but absolutely not mandatory.
- Other Languages: Fluency in German (including Austrian markets), French, Spanish, or Arabic is considered a huge advantage for our international projects.
- Experience with CDE (Common Data Environment) platforms.

Inquadramento contrattuale (Contract & Collaboration Model):

- Contract Type: Highly flexible. We are open to remote technical partnerships, freelance/revenue-share models, project-based contracts, or direct employment based on your profile and our current project needs.
- Environment: A highly technical, peer-to-peer engineering environment where "Precision comes before promises."
