For our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor, developer and asset manager , with a consolidated and rapidly growing presence in Italy, we are currently looking for an:

ASSET MANAGER The candidate will join the Italian Asset Management team and, reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management, will be responsible for maximizing the value, performance and long-term profitability of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy.

Acting as the key owner of the assigned assets, the successful candidate will drive asset-level business plans, leasing strategies, value creation initiatives and capital investments , while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial, technical and operational performance in line with the company’s investment objectives.

Responsibilities

- Full responsibility for the execution of asset business plans , driving value creation, occupancy optimization and income growth across the portfolio;

- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, business plans and asset performance analyses;

- Definition and implementation of leasing strategies , managing key tenant relationships and supporting lease negotiations and renewals;

- Oversight of CAPEX programmes, refurbishment projects and technical initiatives , ensuring alignment with asset strategy, budgets and timelines;





- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders while supporting acquisitions, disposals, ESG initiatives and senior management reporting .

Your Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management or similar roles within logistics, industrial or commercial real estate;

- Proven track record in asset business planning, leasing strategies, value creation initiatives and portfolio performance management;

- Strong financial and analytical skills , including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, valuations and investment analysis;

- Solid exposure to technical asset management , CAPEX planning, refurbishment projects and building lifecycle management;

- English fluent .

Sede: Milano (hybrid model)

Compensation package: €60,000 fixed salary plus target premio (up to 30%), CCNL Commercio, Livello Quadro.
