Il ruolo richiede la capacità di supportare il cliente nei progetti cliente in ambito Infrastrutture e End User:

- Supporto alla migrazione di dominio Active Directory
- Capacita’ di coordinamento tra team di infrastrutture e team End User
- Mitigazione e risoluzione dei problemi, post migrazione
- Analisi impatto policy di dominio preesistenti su dominio target
- Analisi eventuali problemi di autenticazione applicativa post migrazione
- Collaborazione con il PM di progetto

- Conoscenza dei processi di asset management

Skills

- Active Directory e Group Policy Management
- Conoscenza OS Client Windows 11
- Conoscenza del tool HPE Migration
- MS Intune
- MS Entraid
- Gradito uso di powershell script ed elaborazioni su Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
