and family-forming support programs Responsabilità Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy across a virtual team Act as a trusted advisor to customers to align ServiceNow with their IT roadmap Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time Requisiti fondamentali ~7+ years of software or solutions sales experience ~ Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams ~ Demonstrated success producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships ~ Experience achieving sales targets ~ Ability to understand the broader IT strategy and roadmap ~ Experience promoting a customer-success orientation in a team-based environment ~ Experience integrating or leveraging AI in business processes or workflows ~ Strong relationship-building with C-suite ~ Strategic, consultative mindset ~ Cross-functional collaboration ~ AI integration into work processes or decision-making ~ AI-powered tools and automating workflows ~ Analyzing AI-driven insights
