Overview In this role you will strengthen the financial close and reporting for Richemont Group entities in Italy and Greece, ensuring IFRS and Italian GAAP compliance. You will partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and harmonize practices across the Group. You will work on monthly reporting, statutory statements, and asset accounting while supporting strategic initiatives to speed closing timelines.

Contribute to design and implementation of Group Closing Checklists and standardized workflows Participate in workshops and analyses to map current and future processes Support harmonization of accounting and reporting across Group entities Engage in ad-hoc projects and provide improvement recommendations Degree in Economics or Business Administration ~5+ years in General Accounting and/or Controlling with audit background ~ Experience in manufacturing/production environments a plus ~ Fluent in Italian and English ~ Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency ~ SAP knowledge a plus ~ Familiarity with process automation tools or project management software a plus ~ IFRS ~ Italian GAAP ~ General accounting and controlling processes
