RINA is currently recruiting for a System Consultant to join its office in Genoa/Rome within the Division.
Mission
The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Space/Satellites design requirements and documentation at system, segment and element level. It involves managing activities, preparing deliverables, supporting engineering teams, and reporting progress to stakeholders while adhering to quality standards and schedules.
Key Accountabilities
Maintaining the relevant System Functions within the applicable documentation, participating in segment and element design reviews to ensure proper design and implementation of requirements in line with system expectations;
Technical management of own projects, tasks execution in compliance with the expected delivery, milestones, and project schedule.
Provide direct or indirect support to engineers or engineering teams by gathering data for permit applications, submitting documentation to officials and other day-today duties;
Prepare the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentations and engineering baseline, etc.)
Prepare progress reports and present them to clients and applicable stakeholders. Be aware and understand the Quality Policy and RINA QMS.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering
Qualifications
Proven experience of (3 years minimum) in system engineering including planning, design, development, integration and verification testing of medium and large hardware and software systems; experience in classified systems development and verification would be an advantage;
Design, development, deployment and testing of complex secure systems;
Knowledge and practice in the application of ESA ECSS Standards;
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is an advantage

Compensation Data
Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between € 34,000.00 and € 44,000.00 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
