These values describe the attitude, behaviors, and mindset that MICLA team shares across its various locations.PosizioneLocation: ItalyEmployment: Full-timeMICLA Engineering & Design is looking for a Wiring Harness System Engineer – High Voltage (HV) to strengthen our Engineering team and contribute to the development of automotive electrified platforms.The roleThe candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, integration and validation of HV wiring harness systems, working on high-voltage architectures for electrified vehicles.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop HV wiring harness architectures according to vehicle and system requirements.Manage HV power distribution and interfaces between battery, PDU, inverter, e-motor, OBC, DC/DC and other HV components.Support the definition of HV harness routing, packaging, shielding and protection.Work on HV+, HV- and three-phase U/V/W architectures,
according to the vehicle topology.Support the definition and management of HVIL (High Voltage Interlock Loop) systems and interfaces.Analyse electrical, functional and packaging issues throughout the development cycle.Support validation, testing, troubleshooting and risk-analysis activities.Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams during development and industrialization.Ensure compliance with applicable automotive and HV safety requirements.RequisitiTechnical RequirementsDegree or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Automotive Engineering.Experience in automotive HV systems, wiring harnesses or electrified vehicles is preferred.Knowledge of HV architectures, connectors, terminals, shielding and electrical protection.Familiarity with HVIL, EMC/EMI, insulation, creepage/clearance and HV safety concepts.Knowledge of CATIA, NX, Capital, KBL, E3S or similar tools is considered a plus.Experience with automotive development and validation processes is preferred.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and synthesis skills.Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and independently.Flexibility and availability to travel as required.LanguagesItalian: fluent/native.English: good working proficiency.Knowledge of Spanish or French is considered a plus. xysqume Altre informazioniWhat We Are Looking ForA structured and technically strong engineer with a genuine interest in electrification, HV technologies and automotive wiring harness systems, capable of working effectively in international and multidisciplinary environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
