Within the IT division, monitor existing financial KPIs and develop new ones, ensuring transparency and clear visibility for management. /lilistrongVariance Analysis: /strong Monitor actual costs and revenues against Budget and Forecast, identifying, analysing and explaining significant variances, with particular attention to areas showing anomalies or unexpected trends. /lilistrongMonth-End Closing Support: /strong Work closely with the Accounting team during the month-end closing process to ensure the correct accounting treatment of IT costs, accruals, prepayments and capitalization. /lilistrongBudgeting Forecasting:
