Behind every great tech company, there is a great People team. We are looking for a People & Organization Intern to join our P&O; team in Milan and help us build the HR function of a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global agritech company.
This is not a coffee-and-photocopies internship.
You will be hands-on from day one, working alongside a small, highly skilled team that runs the full spectrum of HR — from recruiting top talent globally to shaping how the company is organised and how its people thrive. We call this a Full-stack HR model: instead of being siloed in one area, you will get real exposure to all the key domains of a modern People function.

What you will learn
Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruiting: writing job ads, defining selection criteria, managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screening CVs, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating with candidates throughout their journey
- Tracking recruiting KPIs and building pipeline dashboards to make data-driven decisions
- Designing a great candidate experience — because how we hire reflects who we are
- Planning and executing Employer Branding initiatives to attract the right talent
- Scouting innovative hiring solutions and AI-powered tools that are reshaping the industry
People Operations
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and offboarding workflows end-to-end
- Maintaining and analysing employee data on our HRIS (HR Information System) and other digital platforms
- Headcount analysis and workforce planning across multiple geographies
- Drafting and communicating People policies adapted to different countries and legal frameworks
- Managing employee requests related to contracts, policies, and payroll
- Streamlining and automating tools and workflows using AI — yes, we actively experiment with it
- Supporting compliance monitoring across Health & Safety, GDPR, and labour law
Team & Culture
- Organising internal team-building and company-wide training events
- Contributing to cross-functional projects in a genuinely international environment
Who you are
You have recently completed a Master's Degree — preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Data Analysis, or Law — and you are eager to put theory into practice in a high-growth tech company.
Beyond the degree, what really matters to us:
- You are genuinely curious about how tech organisations work, and excited by the agritech world
- You have strong analytical skills and love diving deep into a problem
- You can process a lot of information quickly and learn on the fly
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You are a people person — empathetic, communicative, and a natural networker
- You bring energy, positivity, and a hands-on attitude to everything you do
- You are trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive data and confidential information
- You are fluent in Italian and English (our working language is English)
It would be a premio if you:
- Have any previous experience in HR, recruiting, or People processes that you found meaningful
- Already use AI tools in your daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and others)
- Have had some exposure to HRIS or ATS platforms
- Have a basic understanding of European or Brazilian labour law
