/ppstrongWhat You’ll Do /strong /pp● Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria /pp● Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations /pp● Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks /pp● Own deployments, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement /pp● Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results /pp● Collaborate with Product Engineering to ship high-quality solutions /pp● Contribute to tools, documentation, and best practices that scale customer delivery /ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /pp● 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles /pp● Strong fundamentals in software design, system thinking /pp● Experience working across systems, integrations, and data xjncmbx flows /pp● Comfort working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems /pp● Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset /pp● Curiosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice /ppstrongNice to Have /strong /pp● Experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles /pp● Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems /pp● Experience operating and improving production systems /ppbr/ppLocation: Rome or Milan (lavoro da remoto 1/2 days per week) /p
