pbMISSION /b /ppFor a new logistics site of an important international company operating in the Retail sector, we are looking for an bOutbound /b bDepartment Manager /bwho will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and effective management of outbound operations within the Distribution Center. /ppbr/ppbMAIN ACTIVITIES /b /ppbr/ppReporting directly to the Operation Manager, the candidate will lead the Outbound Operations team, ensuring the achievement of performance, quality, service, and cost targets, while maintaining compliance with company standards and operational procedures. He/she will be involved in: /ppbr/pullicooordinate and oversee all Outbound operations, ensuring an efficient flow of goods from the Distribution Center to stores and customers; /liliensure the correct execution of picking, wrapping, consolidation, and loading activities according to operational standards; /lilicollaborate closely with Transport, Replenishment, Consolidation, Wrapping, and Loading departments to optimize operational performance; /lilimonitor and improve picking flows, pallet optimization, and loading efficiency to maximize space utilization and transport productivity; /liliensure timely transport bookings and effective coordination of outbound shipments; /liliplan and allocate resources across departments according to operational needs and productivity targets; /lilimonitor operational KPIs, departmental costs, and budgets, driving continuous improvement initiatives; /liliensure the correct storage and handling of products in compliance with company standards and procedures;pr /lilipromote effective two-way communication between management, Team Leaders, and operational staff; /lililead, motivate, and develop Team Leaders and operational staff,
