In this key role, you will act as the central hub for administrative and commercial workflows—managing incoming customer communications, preparing critical documentation (NDAs, offers, contracts), and aligning cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Management.Key responsibilitiesManage incoming emails and calls, quickly understanding what matters, what you can handle yourself and what needs to be escalated.Communicate with customers and partners on commercial and administrative topics.Prepare, send and track NDAs, offers, contracts and other commercial documents.Support the preparation of invoices and billing documentation.Keep customer information and commercial files accurate and organized.Track open actions, missing information, signatures, approvals and deadlines.Coordinate information between Sales, Management, Engineering, Finance and Operations.Prepare meetings,
