We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Buying Specialist who can join our Team at Stone Island HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe Digital Buying Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of the digital buying and merchandising strategy. Working closely with the Digital Merchandising team, they contribute to defining the optimal assortment, managing the buying process, monitoring business performance, and ensuring the best online product offering across markets. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities, requiring the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and improve business performance.ActivitiesSupport the definition of the optimal assortment, product depth and buying strategy according to sales targets, commercial objectives and market/channel specificitiesCollaborate with Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising and Planning teams to develop a consistent and optimized omnichannel strategyPerform sales, stock and business performance analysis,
preparing reports and actionable insights to support commercial decisionsWork closely with the Digital team to define and execute the go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful collection launches and commercial activationsIdentify opportunities to optimize performance through data analysis, market trends and continuous business monitoringQualificationsMain Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce buying or buying assistant rolesFluent EnglishAdvanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI is considered a plusStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into business actionsWe Would Appreciate a Person That Is:Passionate about fashion, luxury, market trends and competitor analysisCurious and data-driven, with an interest in understanding business performance through numbersA team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsApplication of CCNL TessileCompensation package range: from 30.000 to 35.000 € gross.Competitive Corporate Welfare ServicesOur Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
