As General Manager, you will define and execute the company's strategy to achieve financial, commercial, and operational goals. You will own the P&L;, monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital, and drive growth across markets. You will lead Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, and R&D; to accelerate innovation and execution. You will build strong relationships with key customers and partners, and foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture. This role offers the chance to shape a well‐established brand with significant growth potential in an international setting.

Responsabilità

- Define and execute the company strategy to meet financial, commercial and operational objectives
- Assume full P&L; responsibility and monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital
- Lead Commercial and Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence
- Build and manage relationships with key customers,



strategic partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion, and partnerships
- Oversee Operations, Product Management and R&D; to drive innovation and execution speed
- Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results, collaboration, and people development

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership within industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors
- Accountability for P&L; management xlwpduy and key business performance drivers
- Experience in integrated management of Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Track record in developing new markets, strategic customer relationships, or leading business transformation
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision-making, and results-oriented approach
