Reporting directly to the strongGlobal VP Finance /strong, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the Group's monthly reporting activities, with a particular focus on strongGroup PL (management account view) /strong, ensuring data accuracy and independently performing first-level variance analysis.
/ppThe role will also be responsible for monitoring the strongfinancial and economic performance of the Group's Technology division /strong, working closely with IT leaders and Finance Accounting teams, both at Headquarters and across local entities.
/ppOver time, the candidate will be progressively involved in strongGlobal Controlling and Planning activities /strong, supporting the Global VP Finance throughout the strongforecasting and budgeting cycles /strong.
/ppbr/ppstronguMain tasks and responsibilities: /u /strong /pullistrongReporting KPIs: /strong Update management dashboards and monthly Group reporting.
Within the IT division, monitor existing financial KPIs and develop new ones, ensuring transparency and clear visibility for management.
/lilistrongVariance Analysis: /strong Monitor actual costs and revenues against Budget and Forecast, identifying, analysing and explaining significant variances, with particular attention to areas showing anomalies or unexpected trends.
/lilistrongMonth-End Closing Support: /strong Work closely with the Accounting team during the month-end closing process to ensure the correct accounting treatment of IT costs, accruals,
prepayments and capitalization.
/lilistrongBudgeting Forecasting: /strong Support the preparation of the annual budget (strongOPEX and CAPEX) /strongand subsequent periodic forecasting cycles for the Group's Technology products.
/lilistrongIT Cost Allocation: /strong Support the VP IT in managing the IT cost allocation and intercompany recharge model across the Group's different legal entities, ensuring fairness, consistency and transparency.
/li /ulpbr/ppstronguHard Skills and experiences: /u /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in strongEconomics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering /strong, or a related field.
/lilistrong1–2 years of previous experience /strong in Controlling, Management Control, Reporting or Financial Analysis, preferably gained within a structured multinational environment.
/liliPrevious experience in strongIT Controlling /strong will be considered a plus.
/lilistrongFluent English /strong is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with international offices and participation in international calls.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of strongMS Office /strong, with a strong focus on strongExcel /strong (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables and management of large data sets).
/liliFamiliarity with major strongERP systems /strong (SAP, Oracle or similar).
/liliKnowledge of strongBusiness Intelligence tools /strong (Power BI, Tableau) and/or strongCPM software /strong (Tagetik, Hyperion, Anaplan) is considered a plus.
