The Agile Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving software development initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and predictable delivery.
The role combines Agile delivery practices with project management disciplines, supporting cross-functional teams in managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
The Agile Project Manager operates in an international and distributed environment across Italy, Switzerland, India,



and the USA, coordinating software development and, where applicable, AI/LLM initiatives
Key Responsibilities
· Drive theplanning, coordination, execution, and deliveryof software development initiatives across cross-functional teams.
· Manageproject scope, milestones, priorities, dependencies, risks, and impediments, ensuring timely escalation when required.
· CoordinateProduct Owners, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, development teams, and stakeholdersto maintain alignment on objectives and delivery plans.
· Support the decomposition ofEpics and Features into manageable and incremental deliverables, including for AI/LLM initiatives.
· Track delivery performance through actionable metrics such aslead time, cycle time, throughput, Sprint Goal success, and delivery predictability.
· Facilitateplanning, backlog refinement, prioritization, status reviews, risk management, and dependency managementactivities.
· Provide clear and transparentproject status, delivery forecasts, risks, and progress reportingto stakeholders and management.
· PromoteAgile and continuous improvement practices, helping teams identify bottlenecks and improve delivery effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
· Proven experience as anAgile Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar rolein software development environments.
· Strong practical understanding ofAgile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, combined with solid project management capabilities.
· Strong experience withproject planning, delivery tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
· Experience usingdelivery and flow metricsto monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve predictability.
· Good understanding ofsoftware development lifecycles, CI/CD, DevOps principles, testing, and modern engineering practices.




· Strong experience coordinatingcross-functional and geographically distributed teamsin complex enterprise environments.
· Excellentcommunication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders.
· Fluent spoken and writtenEnglish; experience or exposure toAI/LLM initiativesis considered a plus.

In compliance with applicable pay transparency legislation, we provide the following information regarding the initial remuneration envisaged for this position.
The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1, B2 or B3 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate's professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
