You will drive continuous evolution, scalability, and AI-enabled improvements to the digital learning experience. You will partner with the Group Academy and HR teams to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure robust platform operations. You will lead a global learning ecosystem, coordinating multiple stakeholders and local managers to implement effective digital learning across the organization.
