Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:For our Ferrero Office in Alba we are currently looking for a Strategic R&D PMO Support to join our Strategic R&D & PMO team.Main Responsibilities: (TBD)Support of project management across Strategic R&D functions focusing on Break Through Innovation & Sugar Less Lab; Support communication and coordination related to key priorities across functions; Prepare and follow up on meeting reports of regular operative meetings; Support work with Organizational Improvement to build work flow and project management tools; Support the preparation of material and presentations for Chief Strategic R&D Officer; Work closely work with all Strategic R&D functions.Who we are looking for:ProfileMaster's Degree in Food Science or Engineering or any other related field; 35 years of workexperience with at least 2 years of work experience within Ferrero; Well connected within the Ferrero Group; Knowledge and experience of Ferrero work flow and process; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Knowledge of product development from the ideation to scale up; Scientific competency; Availability to travel; Prior experiencewith building project management tools is considered a plus.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
