2. Propose edits and additions to FAQs and internal knowledge base.
3. Suggest opportunities for our product team to make our customers happy.
4. Offer ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation. **Requirements**:
1. You must be in the Bologna area.
2.
Fluency in English.
3. Excellent written communication skills (be clear & concise).
4. Familiarity with Italian, Spanish and French is helpful, but not mandatory. **Contract**
1. Full-time employment.
2. Contract type: Grafici Editori.
3. Contract: fixed term, renewable. Convertible to open ended. **Hours**
1. Sunday-Thursday (during onboarding the shift will temporarily be Mon-Fri).
2. Working time: 8 hours, 07:00-16:00 or 09:00-18:00 **Pay & benefits**
1. RAL: 35.400€ + increase for holiday work.
2. Work from home when possible.
3. 4 weeks vacation.
