You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through industrialization, coordinating cross-functional activities with design, CAE, testing, manufacturing and quality.
The role requires a degree in mechanical/automotive/industrial engineering, at least three years in automotive exterior/trim, strong leadership, CAD/PLM experience, and fluent Italian and English; German is a plus.
