POSITION: Looking for MindBody/CLUBREADY EXPERIENCED HAPPY PEOPLE The Front Desk Sales Associate assists the General Manager with new membership sales as well the retention of current members. MindBody/ClubReady knowledge is a must. They provide superior customer service while assisting new and current members, answering phones and addressing membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. They are excited about meeting and greeting our customers and building a strong StretchLab community. The Front Desk Sales Associate also assists with studio cleanliness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- MindBody/ClubReady 6mths+ knowledge is a must.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly document client accounts regarding calls made/taken/or requested.
- Calling to confirm next day appointments
- Making 25(or more) calls per shift regarding new leads; booking first time visits thru calls made
