Superside is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to turn insights into breakthrough creative work. You'll partner with enterprise customers and multidisciplinary creative teams to develop insight-driven strategies across brand, digital, social, and web experiences.
You'll combine analytical thinking with creative intuition, helping shape campaigns that deliver measurable business results while contributing to the continued evolution of strategy at Superside.
What You'll Do
Develop digital-first strategies across brand, social, web, display, email, and emerging channels.
Translate customer objectives, market insights, and performance data into clear creative briefs and strategic recommendations.
Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers to develop compelling creative concepts.
Build trusted relationships with customers by providing strategic guidance throughout the creative process.
Use research, audience insights, and competitive analysis to inform creative direction.
Apply AI tools throughout the strategy process,
from research and ideation to concept development and optimization.
Contribute to testing frameworks that improve creative performance and campaign effectiveness.
Present strategies and recommendations confidently to customers and internal stakeholders.
Share learnings, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen the broader Strategy team.
Stay current on emerging platforms, technologies, consumer behavior, and creative trends.
What You'll Need To Succeed
4+ years of experience in strategy within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and platform-specific storytelling.
Experience developing creative strategies and writing clear, actionable creative briefs.
Ability to turn research and performance data into compelling strategic recommendations.
Strong presentation and communication skills with customer-facing experience.
