We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team based in Rovereto (TN).
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Design and development of precision planetary gearboxes (PPG) and components for robotic and automation markets.
- Create and management 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and related documentation.
- Customization of existing series based on customer requirements.
- Manage design changes requests and bill of materials in PLM system (Teamcenter).
- Keep Technical Specifications, Operative Instructions and Manuals up to date.
- Calculate gears and mechanical components according to international and internal standards.
- Support prototyping, testing and validation activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: 2+ years in mechanical design. Gearbox design is a plus.
- Required: recent graduate with internship / thesis in mechanical design.
- Knowledge of mechanical design and GD&T;, proficiency in CAD (Siemens NX is a plus).
- Familiarity with metal materials and production processes.
- Knowledge of standard mechanical components (bearings, shafts…) selection and calculation.
- Knowledge of Office suite.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Product knowledge, with focus on automation market and PPGs.
- Familiarity or previous experience with gear design and calculation (KISSSoft). Planetary is a plus.
- SW proficiency: Siemens NX (CAD), Siemens Teamcenter (PLM), SAP (ERP).
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The annual compensation range for this position is € 30,000 - € 35,000, with additional benefits.
This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
