Overview
As a Process Engineer you will support polypropylene and catalysts plants to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost competitiveness while ensuring safety and environmental compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams on plant projects, commissioning and startup activities, and document know-how for continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to product quality initiatives and regulatory requirements within a global chemical company focused on sustainable solutions. This is a hands-on role with a strong impact on plant performance and safety culture.

Responsabilità
- Provide technical support to production plants for HSE, quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost targets
- Contribute to plant projects and modifications through process engineering activities
- Support commissioning, pre-startup and startup of modified plants, including training
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on multi-discipline projects
- Offer process support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams, including procedures and training
- Assist with product quality issues and introduce new products in collaboration with Product Application Development and Quality & Control Laboratory
- Define plant configurations, process conditions, and operating procedures to meet production goals
- Ensure documentation of production process know-how and support Knowledge Exchange Communities
- Provide qualified support for regulatory requirements when needed
- Be available as on-call engineer monthly
Requisiti fondamentali
- University Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- up to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of norms, standards, and procedures related to QoS, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
- Strong problem-solving orientation with rigorous logic
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent English (Italian preferred)
