Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month.
Productivity Premio: Up to 15% extra per month based on performance.
Work-Life Balance: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:*******:00 rotative shifts) — Weekends Off!
Paid Onboarding: Full professional training on customer care tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
Readiness to relocate to Greece.
Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
