In this role you drive Commercial Excellence and Revenue Growth Management for Italy, aligning category, channels and RGM with business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team, shaping customer strategies and joint Business Plans with Account Management. You’ll embed data-driven practices across the organization, underpinning decisions with rigorous performance tracking. This is a strategic leadership opportunity in an international group that values local flavor and impact. You will influence cross-functional partners to deliver profitable growth and a stronger market position.

- Define and drive end-to-end Commercial Excellence strategy (Category, Channel, RGM) to meet business objectives
- Lead RGM agenda: assortment/mix, pricing, promotions, trade investment, margin improvement
- Provide best-in-class guidance for commercial execution across channels (distribution, space, Perfect Store)
- Partner with Account Management to shape customer strategies and joint Business Plans




- Own Commercial Excellence & RGM contributions to S&OP; and business planning, identifying risks and growth levers
- Drive performance governance: track revenue, margin, and trade ROI
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Commercial Excellence and RGM organization
- Act as cross-functional leader influencing Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain decisions
- 10+ years in Commercial Excellence/Category, Trade Marketing and Sales in FMCG (Food and Non-Food)
- Proven track record in profitable growth and leading teams
- Strong expertise in RGM: assortment, pricing, promotions, trade investment, and analytics
- Solid understanding of retail and shopper dynamics
- Strategic mindset with execution and influencing skills
- Strong leadership, people development and stakeholder management
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty
- Data-driven and performance-focused
- Collaborative, agile, and results-oriented
