Investment Senior Analyst – Hospitality

We are supporting a real estate investment firm in its search for an Investment Senior Analyst to join its Hospitality team.

This opportunity would suit an analytical professional with a background in real estate investment, hospitality advisory or a related field, looking to develop their career within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the analysis and assessment of hospitality investment opportunities.

- Build and maintain financial models, including valuations and sensitivity analyses.

- Research hotel markets, operating performance and sector trends.

- Assist with due diligence and the preparation of investment presentations.

- Support portfolio monitoring and work with internal teams and external advisers.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory or hospitality consulting.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.

- Experience with hotel assets or a strong understanding of hospitality investment.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly.

- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
