Develop and implement sales strategies for the Italian market aligned with company objectives
Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to achieve targets
Optimize territory management and market penetration
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide reports and forecasts
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, supply chain, and other departments
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective sales operations
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
FMCG/CPG field sales management experience; stationers/traditional trade experience a plus
Strong leadership and people management skills
Deep understanding of the Italian market, channels, and consumer behavior
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Italian and English; experience with sales management software
