The UNIMORE in Italy is seeking a researcher to design and develop dual inhibitors of ADAM17 and KRasG12C proteins as potential anti-tumour agents, using structure-based in silico methods.
An evaluation of structure-activity relationships on the developed compounds will be carried out, with the final goal of identifying molecules with high efficacy and selectivity that could be applicable to non-small cell lung cancer treatment.
