and external partners to assemble inputsTechnical proposal development including methodological reports and management plansCost analysis and financial proposal collaboration for pricing strategy and economic offersRequisiti fondamentaliEducation: Degree in Engineering or ArchitectureExperience: 2 to 4 years as Proposal/Bid Specialist/Manager or Project Manager in an engineering firmKnowledge: Public Procurement Code and award procedures for engineering and xysqume architecture servicesFamiliarity with MEAT evaluation criteriaProficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word)Languages: Italian (excellent), English (B2/C1)Outstanding organizational and planning skillsAbility to work in cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detailKnowledge of Public Procurement CodeMEAT evaluation criteriaMS Office (Excel and Word)
