The Training Coordinator ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the Training Center’s learning activities by coordinating onboarding, logistics, administrative processes, and training systems. This role serves as the operational point of contact between the Training Manager, instructors, students, and corporate support functions, ensuring that all conditions required for successful course delivery are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and operational organization of training courses in close collaboration with the site Operations Manager
- Manage the onboarding process for instructors, visiting instructors, and temporary staff
