You will troubleshoot issues, ensure successful solution implementation, and help drive customer satisfaction. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, train customers and fellow engineers, and stay current with industry trends. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
- Provide technical support and expertise for Industrial Automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
- 2–3 years of proven field service engineering experience in gas detection
- Strong knowledge of gas detection instruments and Industrial Automation technologies
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Fluent in English and Italian
