As Technical SEO Lead, you own the technical health of Fever's transactional ecosystems, shaping how users discover experiences globally. You collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to boost organic visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-driven platforms. You will drive large-scale analytics, experimentation, and optimization of information architecture to sustain traffic and rankings while adapting to evolving SEO and GEO requirements. Responsabilità
Own and optimize the information architecture for feverup.com and fever group sites
Manifest strong technical SEO skills across crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS, CDN performance, and APIs automation
Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs
Stay current with SEO/GEO trends and implement quick actions to maintain compliance

Own monitoring, KPIs, and dashboards using ELK, BigQuery, Splunk or similar
Collaborate with Data, Product and Systems to execute the technical roadmap
Design, implement and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings
Audit and measure engineering changes to prevent visibility losses on search ecosystems
Requisiti fondamentali
7+ years of technical SEO experience with high-traffic websites
Experience with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy to local markets
Data-driven mindset with ability to provide actionable recommendations
Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to SEO workflows
Knowledge of search ranking factors and RAG/LLM-powered ecosystems
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Familiarity with industry-standard SEO software
Up-to-date with current SEO practices
Strong ownership, initiative and teamwork
Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
