Headquarter we are looking for a
Junior Financial Controller
to join our
Group Finance Department . Reporting directly to the
Global VP Finance , the successful candidate will actively contribute to the Group’s monthly reporting activities, with a particular focus on
Group P&L; (management account view) , ensuring data accuracy and independently performing first-level variance analysis. The role will also be responsible for monitoring the
financial and economic performance of the Group’s Technology division , working closely with IT leaders and Finance & Accounting teams, both at Headquarters and across local entities. Over time, the candidate will be progressively involved in
Global Controlling and Planning activities , supporting the Global VP Finance throughout the
forecasting and budgeting cycles .
Main tasks and responsibilities: Reporting & KPIs:
Update management dashboards and monthly Group reporting. Within the IT division, monitor existing financial KPIs and develop new ones, ensuring transparency and clear visibility for management. Variance Analysis:
Monitor actual costs and revenues against Budget and Forecast, identifying, analysing and explaining significant variances, with particular attention to areas showing anomalies or unexpected trends. Month-End Closing Support:
Work closely with the Accounting team during the month-end closing process to ensure the correct accounting treatment of IT costs, accruals, prepayments and capitalization. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Support the preparation of the annual budget ( OPEX and CAPEX)
and subsequent periodic forecasting cycles for the Group’s Technology products. IT Cost Allocation:
Support the VP IT in managing the IT cost allocation and intercompany recharge model across the Group’s different legal entities, ensuring fairness, consistency and transparency.
Hard Skills and experiences: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering , or a related field. 1–2 years of previous experience
in Controlling, Management Control, Reporting or Financial Analysis, preferably gained within a structured multinational environment. Previous experience in
IT Controlling
will be considered a plus. Fluent English
is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with international offices and participation in international calls. Advanced knowledge of
MS Office , with a strong focus on
Excel
(advanced formulas, Pivot Tables and management of large data sets). Familiarity with major
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle or similar). Knowledge of
Business Intelligence tools
(Power BI, Tableau) and/or
CPM software
(Tagetik, Hyperion, Anaplan) is considered a plus. Experience with
collaborative spreadsheets and Google Workspace .
Soft Skills Strong analytical mindset. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive and hands-on approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
with the ability to work effectively with Finance, IT and management stakeholders from different backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Compensation :
26.000- 33.000 annual gross salary + mbo plan + benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.
