We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical User-Generated Content Reviewer to join our remote moderation and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for examining, assessing, and evaluating various forms of user-generated content across our digital ecosystem to ensure compliance with community guidelines, safety policies, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review, moderate, and categorize user-generated content (including text, images, and digital submissions) against established platform guidelines and safety protocols.
- Promptly identify policy violations, inappropriate materials, or quality discrepancies and handle them according to standard procedures.
- Maintain a steady and reliable daily review volume while keeping error rates low and accuracy high.
- Collaborate with team leads and operations support to clarify complex edge cases and report recurring trends.
- Keep precise, organized logs of daily review metrics, productivity outputs, and escalation notes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in content moderation, user-generated content review, quality assurance, or digital operations.
- Strong critical thinking skills paired with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, self-manage time, and meet daily productivity quotas.
- Proficiency with standard digital tools, collaboration platforms, and basic spreadsheet software (Google Workspace, MS Office).
- Good command of English and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, high-quality digital environment.
