Overview
As a Technical Consultant in Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management team, you will serve as the clinical/technical expert for CRM products in Italy, driving relationships with electrophysiologists and hospital staff. You enable implants, diagnostics, and follow-up care while promoting therapy solutions to hospitals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support clinics, logistics, and patient care, contributing to innovative pacing and remote support initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact in patient care and product adoption across Campania.

Responsabilità
Pacemakers implants procedure support
Diagnostics device & defibrillator support
Logistics support before and after implants
Inventory management and device ordering prior to implants
Support implants and patient follow-up clinics
Explain Medtronic device/technology related to CRM during clinical support
Implement therapy promotional/sales programs with marketing, education, clinical and training, reimbursement
Collaborate with European marketing team to strengthen brand and image
Build strong relationships with electrophysiologists, surgeons, and hospital staff
Requisiti fondamentali
First Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology
Certified paramedic or ECG background
Strong technical skills and good communication
Developed interpersonal and teaching skills
Flexible hours and up to 90% domestic travel
Experience in medical device or pharma with sales execution
Interpersonal relationship-building
Teaching and training abilities
Effective communication
ECG knowledge
Technical aptitude with medical devices
Understanding of Cardiac Rhythm Management products
