We're looking for a highly motivated Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the founding team and help scale our operations.
What You'll Do
- Work with the founders on daily operations and high-priority initiatives
- Operate across teams, coordinating engineering, product, and commercial activities
- Improve how we work by structuring workflows, documentation, and internal systems
- Support customers through onboarding and ongoing operational processes
- Own ambiguous problems and turn them into practical solutions, analyses, and reports
What We're Looking For
- Student or recent graduate interested in startups, operations, and strategy
- Highly organized and proactive,
with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with responsibility in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who can prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
- Curious and hands-on, with the drive to learn quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role
- Strong analytical skills
- Interest in AI, finance, or technology products
